Is the audio quality reduced?

MP3 and M4A re-encode at 192 kbps, which is transparent for most listeners. Choose WAV if you need the untouched PCM audio for editing.

Can I extract a specific part?

Yes. Set a start and end time to extract only that range.

Does it work with MOV, MKV and WebM?

Supported video containers include MP4, MOV, MKV and WebM. Audio extraction depends on the audio codec and your browser.
